Our Italian catering trays in Hackettstown, NJ make hosting easy. We offer a wide variety of half trays, full trays, six-foot subs, mini sandwiches, salads, pastas, entrees, and desserts, perfect for everything from birthday parties and baby showers to holiday celebrations like Christmas and Easter.


Our off-premise catering in North Jersey is designed to be flexible and convenient. Choose easy pickup or delivery straight to your event. Deliveries within Hackettstown include a $30 delivery fee, which goes directly to your driver as a gratuity for their service. For locations outside Hackettstown, contact us for a delivery quote.


Want your catering completely taken care of? We can deliver and set up your catering spread so everything is ready for your guests. Need even more support? You can also hire a professional server for your event, who will handle delivery, setup, and serving for an hourly rate that goes directly to them.


To make things even easier, we also offer catering pans, fuel, and serving trays available for purchase from us, so you have everything you need to host seamlessly.

Suggested serving sizes are: 

Half trays serve approximately 8 people. 

Full trays serve approximately 15 people. 

We’re happy to accommodate last-minute orders whenever possible! Ideally, a weeks notice is best. 

Some items require extra prep or ingredients we don’t regularly stock, so please allow additional notice for the following:

  • Ribs & Lasagna – need extra prep time
  • 4 ft & 6 ft Party Subs – please allow 2–3 days notice
  • Mini Subs – 2–3 days notice
  • Antipasto Trays – 2–3 days notice
  • Catering Rack Setup – 2–3 days notice

Don’t let this stop you from placing a last-minute order — we’ll always do our best to accommodate, but certain items may be limited without advance notice.

Catering orders must be paid for prior to the pick up date. You can pay upon ordering or up to 48 hours before. If we do not receive advanced payment or if we are unable to reach you about your unpaid invoice, we will not be able to prepare the order.

We can usually accommodate changes with advance notice — just let us know as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: For cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your catering:  We’ve already ordered ingredients and started prep. All our breading, battering, sauces, and more are made in-house, so once prep begins, some ingredients can’t be reused. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or changes this close to pickup/delivery dates.
